About Repotoire

We're building a local agent-processor runtime for development work: a small computer for agents, evidence, gates, traps, and human control.

Our Mission

Development agents are powerful, but prose alone is a weak contract for repo-changing work. Teams need durable state, visible hazards, explicit verification, and clean restart points when evidence goes stale.

RepoToire models that work as a Machine: RISC-like opcodes define the ISA, the source pipeline and worker scoreboard implement the microarchitecture, and provider adapters connect Codex, Claude, MCP, and local runners without changing the execution semantics.

Our Values

Local First

The runtime works on your repo and .machine state locally. Hosted coordination is not the source of truth.

Explicit Execution

Machine programs use stable opcodes, visible state, and explicit gates instead of hidden background work.

Inspectable Evidence

Workers produce packets, reports, verification verdicts, and traps that humans can review before writeback.

Commercial Trust

RepoToire is a private-beta commercial product with explicit binary, command, and network trust boundaries.
